Gratitude Bracelets are inspired by the Hallmark movie "The Blessing Bracelets", and it is a reminder to count our blessings, or find gratitude in the small joys in life.  If you'd like, each time you touch the bracelet, touch each of the four main beads and think of something you are grateful for.  It helps us to be mindful of all of the things in life we do have to be thankful for.
